In the middle of January I had such a strong pull to start something new. No coincidence since it was near the New Moon in Aquarius. So I decided to team up with Louise and give Bikram Yoga a try. My darling Starseed family I can't even begin to tell you what my first week was like, especially the first day!
If you are unfamiliar with Bikram Yoga, let me give you a quick explanation. 

It all started with Bikram Choudhury who is the founder of the Bikram Yoga system and the Yoga College of India. 
Bikram began practicing yoga at the age of four. He practiced 4-6 hours every day. At age thirteen he won the National India Yoga Championship. 
He later created Bikram Yoga. A system of yoga where he used 26 postures from the traditional Hatha Yoga and revised it in a certain order. All Bikram Yoga classes consist of 26 postures in a heated room of 104°F (40°C) with a humidity of 40% for 90 minutes.  
Bikram Choudhury has at least 1,650 yoga studios around the world. 

Years ago I attended a week worth of Bikram Yoga classes at the Bikram Yoga NYC studio on 72nd Street on Broadway. I remember being sooo excited about it and feeling so great after each class.
However, years later of course you forget certain things, like how hot it is inside that room!!!
So when I suggested to Louise that we start Bikram Yoga, she was delighted especially because this was completely new to her.
We signed up for the 30 Day Challenge on the Upper East Side on 83rd Street; and then my life changed! 

When you first walk into the Bikram Yoga NYC studio, you quickly take off your shoes and sign in at the front desk and then head over to the dressing room where you change and leave your belongings in the locker room. 

I was sooo excited my first day, I couldn't even handle it! However when you walk into the room you feel the heat so strongly but since I love the heat this was great for me especially with the crazy brutal winter in NYC. 
I placed my mat and towel on the floor and class began. After a while I was ready to pass out but realized this wasn't too bad since class was ending! Ummm correction! When I checked the clock, we were only 20 minutes in!!!!!! I almost cried my eyes out! I couldn't believe we still had 70 minutes more to go!!! WHY WHY WHY did I sign up for this??? I quickly started thinking how I was going to cancel my membership ASAP and that would be the end of it. I mean this was insane! 20 mins and I felt a whole hour had already passed by! GRRRR! 

But once we got to the Shavasana pose I was in heaven. You are basically laying on the floor looking dead. My favorite part on my first day! 
After we left the studio I realized it wasn't sooo bad after all. The bliss feeling I felt was incredible! 
90 minutes all to myself where I love and honor my body. What a feeling that was! All your problems, emotions or whatever challenge you have stays outside the room. Amazing feeling :)

On my second day I met a great teacher, Regina, who was so encouraging and just what I needed to keep me going and inspired in the teachings of Bikram Yoga! 

By the fifth day I had already fell in love with certain poses and felt my body reaching a new point. 
I was thinking clearer and was just in a state of bliss! 

If you are thinking of taking a Bikram Yoga class in your town I highly recommend it. 

And here are a few tips I picked up my first week: 

• Always bring a 20oz bottle of water inside the class.
• You can add electrolytes to your water. Because you sweat so much in class you are losing electrically charged alkaline minerals, such as Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. If you are feeling dizzy, nauseous and even numbness in your body this is a sign you are low in sodium. 
• Adding fresh organic lemons to your water also helps keep you hydrated. 
• Organic coconut water is also ideal to add electrolytes to your body.
• Change your diet to where you add more foods with Potassium and Magnesium: Beans, Sweet Potato, Banana, Tomato, Spinach, Beets, Peanut Butter, Chickpeas, Broccoli, Swiss Chard, Beet Greens, Pumpkin Seeds, Almonds, Cashews, Avocado, Quinoa and any leafy green vegetable. 
• You can also purchase a vegan Calcium, Magnesium & Zinc Supplement and make sure the intake is at least 400mg a day in Magnesium. That's what your body needs in order to stay hydrated during Bikram Yoga class. Trader Joe's sells a all-in-one vegan Magnesium supplement that also has Zinc and Calcium. 
• Always stare at the mirror and keep your focus on yourself during class. Focus is key to really pushing your self past your comfort zone.

By day 7 I felt like a pro and could feel my body completely different. I felt different over all! What a great feeling that is!!! I encourage everyone to take a step towards a healthier lifestyle and truly honor yourself by loving yourself. 
We have four bodies that make us who we are: Emotional, Spiritual, Mental and Physical. 
Just like with energy healing, with Bikram Yoga you truly use all four bodies!

Tuesday, January 20th, 2015 at 8:14am EST enters the New Moon SuperMoon in Aquarius at 0 degrees my darlings! 
Now that we have entered with the Sun in Aquarius we will continue to have Venus in Aquarius until January 27th, Mars in Pisces until February 19th, Mercury in Aquarius until March 12th. However, from January 21st - February 11th we will be in Mercury Retrograde. I know, run for the hills!!! I will explain more in detail about Mercury Retrograde for those of you that are not familiar with this term. Saturn is still transiting in Sagittarius until June 14, 2015 and will return from September 17, 2015 until December 20, 2017. Jupiter is still in Leo until August 11, 2015 and Uranus has been in Aries since March 11, 2011. 
A lot has happened since the Full Moon on January 4th. Oh boy! I am sure some of you felt like 2015 started on a rocky note but that's only because life is going to get a whole lot sweeter for all of us!!! 
Most of you went through some eye opening experiences to say the least! A lot of truth being revealed that perhaps might have been painful for some. And that's okay, because new beginnings start NOW! 
The rest of you probably started the year feeling great and manifesting quite a few things and that's fabulous, because it's only going to continue. No matter how 2015 started, it's only going to get BETTER! This is a year of manifestation and money! So let's get this party started!!! 

A New Moon is when the Moon and Sun are aligned in the same zodiac sign. A New Moon means something new is born. It's the time to plant new seeds for the future. Your thoughts are powerful during a New Moon so it's important to think positive and visualize that which you want to manifest in the next 6 months. 
This New Moon comes super charged because it's a SuperMoon as well. A SuperMoon is when the moon is at its closest point to Earth. The Earth, Moon and Sun are all in a line with the Moon in its nearest approach to Earth! 
It is also said that a SuperMoon can create a bit of chaos in the world from wildfires, storms, major floods to even earthquakes and volcanos going haywire. This is the first of six SuperMoons this year. 
SuperMoons are also huge for amplifying the intensity of the moon it falls under. In this case since the SuperMoon falls on a New Moon in Aquarius, get ready to write those intentions and think BIG, because believe me, it will manifest for you!!! 

Mercury Retrograde begins Wednesday, January 21, 2015 - Wednesday, February 11, 2015. 
This happens about 3-4 times a year. Planet Mercury rules communication. So when planet Mercury slows down and goes backwards our lives goes into a big clusterfunk. When Mercury goes retrograde we experience nothing but miscommunication. All communication with friends, loved ones and coworkers goes haywire. You will notice where you start having communication problems or arguments with people for no reason. And that includes all technology as well. Your iPhone or galaxy will freeze, missing texts, or emails not working. So it's truly important not to purchase any new electronics during this time, as you will most likely have issues with it within 6 months. It's also highly recommended not to fly to a new destination. If you have to travel and it's to a place you have been to before, than that's okay. Mercury Retrograde is all about going back and tying up loose ends. So if there is a project you started a while back but never finished it, you will have Mercury now supporting you to finish. If there is a relationship or friendship that ended intensely and you would like to heal the situation and both go your separate ways, this is the perfect time to do so. It is always advised not to sign any paper work or contracts or start new partnerships during this time because once Mercury goes direct there will be some serious revising to be done. 
Keep in mind Mercury Retrograde effects begins a few weeks before and after. So look back in the past week where there might have been misunderstandings or electronic issues. And even after it goes direct on Feb.11th be aware that you will not be out of the zone entirely until 2 weeks later.  

This New Moon SuperMoon in Aquarius occurs at 0 degrees which is amazing because any time a New Moon enters at 0 degrees it's basically like hitting a reset button. You now have a clear chance to reset and restart your life from scratch! You now have the power to start with a clean slate. Take this time to sit with yourself in silence and rethink and reconnect to your core values. Connect with who you truly are as an individual and let this inner self shine like a light in a dark room. Start your life over. This is the perfect time to let go of anything or anyone who has been keeping you stuck. Perfect time to end a bad habit, bad friend or bad boyfriend/girlfriend. Start fresh! Start a new lifestyle, a new career, a new way of thinking! The time is NOW! 

Aquarians are all about friendships, sister/brotherhood, they are risk takers, love group activities, group projects, social settings, trying new things, all about being a humanitarian and learning new ways to improve themselves emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally. So what does this mean for you? Since this New Moon is all about the energy of Aquarius, all these different areas of your life will begin to arise within your subconscious and cause you to want to tap into all new things and create a conscious change. 
This is the time in which you should dig deep within your soul and be honest with yourself. Let yourself go and begin to think outside the box. You will probably feel like trying new things, explore different ways of thinking and begin to solve your problems in a different manner. This is all because you are tapped into the energy of Aquarius!
You will probably start feeling the urge to go out more with your friends and loved ones and be the social queen or king. 
Aquarians are not about the drama or emotional outbursts, so ladies make sure to keep your inner Bride of Chucky on lock down, and men keep your inner Norman Bates completely locked away and throw that key away! 

This is the perfect time to zip the lip in all areas of your life and listen to your friends, coworkers and loved ones. Listen as in go deep into understanding who they are as a person. This is not about listening and doing what they want you to do, as you will be in total rebellious mode but instead see this as an opportunity to truly get to know who you have around you. Sometimes life passes you by so quickly, you end up creating and attracting the wrong people around you who may not have your best interest at heart and that's always painful to discover when it's a bit too late. So instead pay attention and listen to people. Find a new way to understand how humans operate on a soul level so you can create change in your life. This is the time to go out of your way to give a helping hand to someone. Is there a charity organization you have been wanting to be a part of? Or perhaps you can take time from being on social media and go help out at a soup kitchen or at an animal shelter. Lots of people and animals need your love right now. 
This is the perfect time to disconnect yourself from being hypnotized to doing the same routine over and over again. Take time to call someone instead of texting, write and mail a real letter instead of an email, attend a social gathering and make new friends and possibly score a date instead of Tinder and Grinder. It's time to start something NEW. 
Let the Rebel Heart in you rise and be adventurous! Try that new vegan restaurant you wanted to try. Get out there and get to know your community. During this New Moon it is important for you to truly connect on a human level with people, to show people that love does still exist instead of technology overriding your everyday life. 
Some of you will find that this month you will begin to want different things. Single peeps wanting a relationship will start to like individuals that aren't normally their type at all. So go for it! Let this new urge for wanting new things take over your mind and body and allow it to create change in your life. Push yourself harder to get yourself out of your comfort zone. The only way you will shift the energy around you and receive something you've wanted. 
This is the time to remain positive, hopeful, optimistic and plan your future in a BIG way! 

The Asteroid Circe is also transiting and she is also known as a powerful and enchanting witch. The Asteroid Circe which was discovered in 1855 is named after this wonderful goddess. She is known as Asteroid number 34. 
This beautiful witch and goddess was known for bewitching men. She was all about the spells and potions.

If you are looking to bring in something/someone into your life: 

• Begin by spending a few minutes everyday visualizing that which you want to bring in to your life. Daydream about it. Feel like it is already happening. Feel the emotions. See yourself with this person having a great time and being happy. See yourself having that item that you want and feeling the joy as if you already have it. Doing this everyday for a few minutes will let your subconscious know that this is what brings you happiness, therefore actually manifesting it into your life.

If you are looking to let go of something/someone in your life: 

• Write on paper what you want to let go and why. Make sure to write down everything you are letting go. Feel the emotions in your writing, feel all that you no longer desire leaving your body into the piece of paper you are writing on. Feel your body already feeling lighter because it's leaving your system. Then set the piece of paper on FIRE! Watch it while it burns. Feel it all leaving along with the piece of paper, fire and smoke. 
• Speak out loud everything you no longer want in your life and say it in front of an opened window. Feel it all leave out the window. It is now gone. 

In closing remember that this New Moon SuperMoon in Aquarius is all about making room for innovation. So make time and room in your home to invite your energy healer, astrologer, psychic, spiritual friends of yours over for dinner who may just have a message for you that's not understandable to you right away but will turn out to be absolutely right on the money and correct. 
Aquarians: You are always one step ahead of others, but make sure to actually sit still during this New Moon because you will be able to see what needs improvement in your life and what is actually working for you. 
Leos: You may feel embarrassed and humiliated about something personal that was brought to light in front of others. But you won't feel embarrassed for long as this attention you are now receiving will bring in a larger group of friends that are more empathetic towards you. 
Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces: If you are feeling like you are running on empty or running out of ideas, it's time to start looking at your priorities and making a list of what works and what should change.

Being the Spiritual Rebel that I am, this past weekend I attended the Holiday Holistic Expo & Bazaar at the New York Open Center. 
Saturday, December 13th from 7:00pm to 10:00pm I was in a whirlwind of pure energy! From psychics, mediums, QiGong, healing teas, vegan food, energy healers, crystals, organic products, you name it and I felt it! 
My sis Louise from France was overwhelmed by all the energy so she lost a bit of color and nearly fainted! Yikes!!! 
Or maybe it was all the energy from my "disagreement" with a lovely lady over vegan cat food! I can't! Too funny! 
Either way we had a blast and I even bumped into a few old friends I hadn't seen in awhile like Shayne Spencer who is an amazing web designer and Dafna who is a walking angel, who I met through my darling sister Daisy. 

I met this wonderful lady named Ritu who has this amazing healing product called Halo Systems. She explained that Halo Systems are the new paradigm in Photonics therapy treatment protocols. These are special devices that doctors use but now are available to the public. She explained that no other light therapy system remotely compares to the speed of performance and photon/botanical approach they have developed. 
I watched her prepare a demonstration she was going to do on me, and it was so interesting! You choose from all these different liquid vials that cater to whatever pain (mental or emotional) or vital infection you have and you place the liquid vial inside the Halo device and you light it under your tongue. Sounds weird, but it's so cool! Because I am an energy healer, I'm sensitive to any energy out there, so I definitely felt something. We did a quick demo, but now I am interested in trying it for a full session so I can tell you all about it! I plan to interview Ritu in the future so she can explain a bit more in detail how it all works. They have a long list of issues they work on and heal: Deep Muscle, Candida, Lyme Disease, Bipolar, Anxiety, HIV, Immune Boost, Weight Loss, Diabetes, Anger, Lupus, Anti-aging, Spider Veins and even Follicle Rejuvenation to name a few. The next person I met was Anthea Appel who specializes in Animal Naturopathy and Homeopathy. 
This conversation was a bit overwhelming for me and especially for Louise! I stopped by her booth because I was curious what she thought about cats being vegan but I had clearly missed her sign that read cats and dogs should be eating raw meat! Yikes! I asked the wrong person! However, being the Spiritual Rebel energy healer that I am, I had to push the envelope a bit. She gave me a list of reasons why we should be feeding our dogs and cats a raw meaty bone diet. Apparently it helps with weight control, less stinky stools and your pet becomes more affectionate.
Luckily for me, my fur kids are already way too friendly plus their stool doesn't stink! Yay! They are healer kitties, of course :) 
Anthea went on to tell me the dangers of dry food and how a cat's natural diet consist of rodents, rabbits (I don't think so!), insects and birds. My question is how about all the dogs that are vegan and lived to be 18-20yrs old. But she insisted they were lying to me. Although I agree, any cat food that is out there that is processed, isn't the best for any pet, but I do my best to buy only organic foods for Abbe and Ciccone. However, she also needs to remember that if meat for humans are toxic and full of horrible chemicals it will have the same horrifying effects on our beloved fur children. This is why I always surround my fur kids food with white light to remove any toxins from their food! The question still remains unsolved for me, is vegan cat food healthy at the end of the day? Since I am 100% vegan this is an issue I always struggle with when buying food for my kiddies. I am not a big fan of dry food, so I am still on my quest for finding someone who has a vegan elderly cat. This, of course, is a whole blog in itself and I can't wait to interview a few vets, Anthea and vegan cat and dog parents! Stay tuned for that blog and Youtube interview because I'm sure it will be over the top!

She has a beautiful young son who attends the expos and gives such a warm presence to the event. Naini is so sweet and kind, you can see her making herself available to speak to everyone who approaches her. She gifted me the book Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda! She said it was the only book Steve Jobs had downloaded on his Ipad 2 when he passed away.
Her site is also a dating website for spiritual geeksters like myself! How cool is that?! I will have to interview her soon and get all the scoop!

A New Moon enters Sagittarius today, Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 7:33 AM EST. Pull out your Maleficent staff because it's time to make things happen! Here comes a mystical New Moon! Great time to set your intentions for the next 6 months! 
On Saturday the Sun will be in Sagittarius until December 21st, Mercury in Scorpio until November 27th, Mars in Capricorn until December 4th, Venus in Sagittarius until December 10th, Saturn continues to be in Scorpio since October 5th, 2012 and will still transit the sign until 2015, Uranus in Aries since March 11th, 2011 and Jupiter in Leo since July 16th and will transit until August 11th, 2015. Let the games begin!!!

If you've been reading my blogs for awhile then you know the importance of the New Moon. But for those of you who just found me (welcome!), a New Moon represents new beginnings. It is when the Moon and the Sun align in the same zodiac sign. This one being Sagittarius. When a New Moon enters, it's absolutely important to write down your intentions with the extreme confidence and certainty that everything you are listing will manifest. By writing down your dreams and desires you are setting up the foundation for your future. The wheels are in motion once you have written down those intentions! 
Now let's get to the nitty gritty of the power of Sagittarius the Archer! 

Sagittarians are one of the luckiest people on the planet. Sagittarius is a lucky sign! Sagittarians most likely never truly worry and they definitely don't need to waste their energy and time worrying.
To find a true Sag you simply walk into a party and find the liveliest group and in the middle you will see the one and only, Sagittarius! They are the life of the party, free-spirit, positive and also have a big heart. People always gravitate towards a Sag's positive energy. They have big ideas and dreams. Their imagination is one of their strongest traits! A true Sag is very attuned with their body. They are all about the perfect body and eating healthy all while enjoying life. Whenever a Sag is aligned with feeling and looking great, they are at their happiest point. They always attract many loved ones as everyone wants to know the secret to their unlimited amount of happiness and energy. 
But the Sag is the one that is sometimes too honest for their own good! They tend to always have their foot in their mouth. By being over confident and blunt they feel they are living by their truth and honor code, which is not a bad thing but there are times they should zip it a little! But a Sag always means well and they are that positive friend to have by your side. They love a good challenge and will never cry for help or walk away from a fight. They are rebels against society and authorities. The only negative traits one can find with a Sagittarius are they can be blindly optimistic, careless, superficial and irresponsible.

Now that we are aware of the Sagittarius energy let's see what's in store with this New Moon and how you can use it to your advantage! 
Most of November was about dealing with change for most people. A lot of things ended: jobs, relationships, living environment and bad habits. But that was only for your highest good in order to receive new blessings arriving now. 
Some of you are currently going through those challenges as you are reading this. You may feel confused and stuck in some areas of your life. Understand that it feels this way in order for you to be able to receive new inspiration towards yourself and in life. They are no failures. That "failure" is just a wake up call. With this New Moon you now have the opportunity to draw all that positive energy that is available to you from now until the end of December! Work on trying your best to create positive thoughts in your head. Surround yourself with positive people that are there to uplift your energy and frequency. Make it a habit this month to work on your inner self. This New Moon will offer a chance for you to look deep inside yourself and see where you need certainty and clarity in. 
Work on being honest with yourself and others. Use that Sag energy to learn how to be honest by acknowledging yourself, your situation and being okay with it. Having the power of love and acceptance for who you are right now in this place and time. Dive into the power of love for yourself and for all of humanity. This is the time to truly give thanks for all your blessings no matter how small it seems. Use the luck that this Sagittarius moon brings and create a wonderful life for yourself by allowing yourself to receive all the blessings and light from the Universe. Start a new thought pattern of making the choice of not worrying so much about every little detail in your life. Lose yourself in the energy of being a free spirit soul! We have 24hrs in a day, choose your hours wisely. Avoid spending time worrying about money, work, relationships, etc; because you are only creating more of that chaos, which is just an illusion at the end of the day. Instead create positive thoughts and work on getting attuned with your body, so you can receive the messages and inspiration from the light! Why wait for January 1st to start a new healthy lifestyle? When you eat right, you think right!
If you are single, this is a great way to boost your confidence level and send out that healthy and happy frequency to the Universe, which will then in return send you some hot dates! If you are in a relationship, apply the same healthy mentality in order to create and maintain a positive and happy frequency in your relationship! Whenever you create change, your are changing your energy towards a positive direction.  
Use the imagination and inspiration that this Sag New Moon offers in order to create new ventures for yourself but also for others. You may have a great idea for a friend to incorporate in their new business plan, or you may just simply be able to direct your friend in a new healthy and positive direction by sharing your light with them! 
The minute the careless, superficial and irresponsible energy creeps in this month, kick it to the curb! Instead remind yourself that your thoughts create things! So stay positive in order to create a positive lifestyle! 
With the holidays approaching, go against your comfort zone level and reach out to a stranger and offer assistance. 
Share some of your blessings with others! Try volunteering at a homeless shelter, soup kitchen, animal shelter or foster a pet! When you share with others with no agenda attached, you receive so much more! 

This weekend under the New Moon you might feel the urge to escape, overindulge or even feel extremely sensual. Thanksgiving is around the corner so the frenzy energy will kick in, but this weekend you may feel the need to escape, be alone and look within. During Thanksgiving make sure not to be too brutally honest to a family member and send them in tears! Taurus, Leo and Aquarius: No matter how much "realness" or "truth" you are hearing, the whole story has yet to be told. Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces: You may need to reconsider a family story - for example, perhaps what you were told really isn't what happened. Seek clarity as needed. 

There was a lot to share for the Sagittarius New Moon but that's only because I was guided to inform you that all the challenges and changes that some of you felt/feeling, aren't as bad as it seems. Some of you used that situation to correct some of your bad traits. Actually taking time to bite your lip instead of being so reactive. 
And that is all part of the growth process in life. Getting to that next level. 
Please know that December is about creating miracles and manifesting your desires! May still be a bit challenging for some but that's only because we are now building the foundation for an amazing and miraculous 2015! 
My darlings, 2015 is going to be a great year to manifest all your dreams and desires! So allow these changes you are resisting now to occur and let it flow into what will be a great new life for you!

This will be a very powerful and instrumental month if you allow yourself to be open to change and set your intentions for the greater good. You have what it takes to co-create the best life you have ever imagined! Everything you desire is yours by divine right. Why not go out there and manifest it?! That's what I've always done, still continue to do and believe me, it's fabulous!
When you make the choice of changing your life by facing your fears, the world around you suddenly changes. That which you feared is no longer part of your journey, you have mastered the test at hand. 
But all ultimately starts with our thought patterns. It's your choice how you choose to think: negative or positive.
Your thoughts send out frequencies to your body, subconscious and to the Universe, therefore those frequencies are returned to you and manifested into your life in this dimension. More about this topic later next week. 
But for now let's get back into the energy of this month and the Full Moon in Taurus!

A Full Moon means the Sun and Moon are in opposite zodiac signs. The Full Moon has a powerful mystical energetic feeling that you experience while under its trance. It could be a good or bad experience but in the end it's always for your highest good! There is always a strong energy surrounding the Full Moon but it can also be a time for balance. Because the solar yang and the lunar yin are in perfect harmony, it's the perfect time to set new intentions and new beginnings. On the new moon you set intentions but on the Full Moon you can receive messages or even guidance regarding your desires you set forth on the new moon. This is the perfect time to act on something you've visualized and desired! By doing such act under the Full Moon you would be bringing an idea into reality, therefore, you've created magic!
A Full Moon symbolizes being emotional, a time for romance, fertilization and relationships.

This month's energy and astrological transits will be a great support with helping you to become more dedicated to your craft or be a better worker in your line of work. Everyone knows I love a good fairy mermaid witchy story!!! I also love creating magic spells, one in particular which I call Ledabelle's Fairy Dust. I always sprinkle some on my friends when they are going thru rough times or need a parking spot, and I especially use them on my clients so they can manifest their desires! 
Spells of course when used in white light are always fun!!! It's truly a form of using law of attraction and useful for healings as well ;) 
My sister Tammie and I are working on creating tons of different magic spells for everyone to use during New Moons and Full Moons! Stay tuned!!! 

But for now I would love to share one of my favorite spells that my first Reiki teacher Gail Thackray shared! 
Gail traveled to England this past summer and met a modern day white witch from Glastonbury. 
Her name is Witch Willow and she is a practicing witch in England. You can find Witch Willow on a BBC television series called "Witch School"! Love it!!! 
The spell she shared with Gail is called Knot Magic. So let's begin!!! 

                                                                                Knot Magic

The use of cords or strings in magic is very ancient, beginning with the cord magic practiced by Egyptian magicians, to the knot charms used by medieval witches to loose storms. Cords still play a large part in modern day Witchcraft and are used in a variety of form from Handfastings (marriage rituals) and Initiations. A common use is in spell casting.

Cord (or knot) magic is a simple, yet effective way to work magic. The only thing you need to do this kind of magic is a cord of at lease 1 metre (3 feet).  Some Practitioners use a cord or cords that are 9 feet long and are worn about their waists during rituals, and others make a girdle from blessed and consecrated cords worn around their waist to hang their ritual tools from. This cord also becomes another circle of protection.

The principal behind cord magic is simple. You tie nine knots into the cord in a certain pattern, as you tie the knots you are binding your intent, and therefore the spell, into the cord. The cord is usually kept either until the spell has worked or more usually the knots are released one by one over a certain moon time. For example if you want to bring something into your life the knots will be made at a New Moon, the cord would be kept safe and then nine days before the Full Moon one knot per evening would be released culminating with the last knot being freed on the Full Moon itself. If the spell is to banish something from your life then the knots would be tied just after the Full Moon, when the Moon is Waning, diminishing in size, and the releasing of the knots would start nine days before the Dark Moon, culminating on the Dark itself.

Method
First choose the color cord you need for your magical purpose and the Moon Phase best suited to your Magic.

Cast your circle in the usual way and when ready light some Purification Incense if you have some.  Relax your body and focus your intent, ground and centre yourself as you would before any magical working.  Hold the cord in the smoke of the Incense to purify and cleanse it from any past influences. Think about what it is you want to accomplish and infuse it with good energy. Then tie a knot in the order that the diagram shows below. At the tying of the last knot, the ninth, all the energy is directed into the cord and its knots, with a final visualization of the object of the magical work. The power has been raised and is now stored.

With each knot concentrate on the reason you are performing the spell.  It is also advisable to tie a piece of red thread to the second knot you tie to help you remember which order you tied them when it comes to releasing the knots later.

While you are tying the knots remember to keep foremost in your mind you intent and visualise the power starting to rise.

A traditional rhyme is often chanted whilst performing Cord Magic. Each line is spoken when tying the appropriate knot:

"By knot one, this spells begun"
"By knot two, it cometh true"
"By knot three, so mote it be"
"By knot four, this power I store"
"By knot five, this spells alive"
"By knot six, this spell I fix"
"By knot seven, events I'll leaven"
"By knot eight, it will be fate"
"By knot nine, what’s done is mine"

Keep this cord close to you, kept safe within a black pouch or wrapped in black material, until the time is right to release the power contained within. Speak to no one of your spell to keep its power but above all believe in what you have done and it will work.

Although you tied them all at the same time during the same ritual, they must be untied one at a time approaching the correct Moon and over nine evenings, so that the power is released steadily. They must be released in the same order in which they were tied; this is why it was important to mark your second knot.

So, on the first night light some incense and a candle, hold the cord in your hands, again rocking to raise energy and visualizing your intent.  When you deem the time ready, untie the FIRST knot. Place the cord back in its bag and keep close to you.  One the second night, release the SECOND knot in the same way as before, and so on until the night of the correct Moon phase and the NINTH and final knot.  When you are ready to untie this last knot release it with a SHOUT.

Red:
Strength, health, vigour, sexual love, desire, passion, courage, victory, and the colour red also stimulates energy and vitality.
Pink:
Honor, morality, friendship, romantic love and emotional healing.
Black:
Discord, loss, confusion, banishing, hexing, removing hexes and magic to absorb or remove anything.
Gold:
Rituals to enhance energy and power, vitality, success, luck, encouragement, adaptability, stimulation, attraction, self empowerment.
Green:
Money, prosperity, renewal, fertility, luck, Earth rituals and can also be used in healing.
Dark Blue:
Creativity, peace, communication, deep meditation, impulsiveness, depression, changeability, justice, organization.


I will be using the Success Spell tonight during the New Moon meditation so therefore if you try it tonight that means you want to bring something in to your life! And you are to untie the first knot on Wednesday, October 29th, 2014. 
The ninth knot is to be untied on the Full Moon which is on Thursday, November 6th, 2014.
Remember things to have in handy for your spell tonight:
1. The color cord of your choice.
2. Incense
3. Red string
4. Black pouch or black material
5. Your positive and opened mind

Starting tomorrow there will be an immense amount of energy entering your life! Buckle up! Its a magical time!
The New Moon in Scorpio enters your orbit on Thursday, October 23rd, 2014 at around 4:58pm EST. 
Exactly an hour later at 5:58pm EST there will be a partial Solar Eclipse in the Taurus-Scorpio axis. And we are still in Mercury Retrograde until Sunday, October 26th! I can't wait for it to leave!!! I'm done with electronic issues! Goodbye! 
I strongly suggest to keep in mind that although we always have a date set for when Mercury goes direct, the energy still lingers around for about another 2 weeks! I wouldn't make any electronic purchases until November 9th, just to be safe!

New Moons represent new beginnings. The new moon is a time to plant your seeds for the future, an energetic portal to pull in what you'd like to manifest. When the Moon is new, the Sun and Moon are aligned in the same zodiac sign. In this case, it's in Scorpio. This means that the energy is completely concentrated on that particular sign. The New Moon is a perfect time to set your intentions for things you'd like to create, develop, and manifest into your life. When setting your intentions, it's important you know exactly what you want to draw into your life. Being very clear on what it is you want to manifest in your life is crucial during a New Moon. Sometimes knowing exactly what you want to bring into your life is not very clear for most people and that's okay. Instead perhaps work on asking for help in the forgiveness, sharing, confidence, courage, or awakening department. That's always a good thing! 
Since you are entering in a New Moon in Scorpio, some of you may be having overwhelming quirky insights or feeling like you want to run away. If you feel like others are not being of service to you, DON'T pressure them. This is simply part of the process of taking a look inside of yourself for further guidance. Scorpio moons tend to make people retreat and for Taurus, Leo and Aquarius, that's always a great thing! 
If you are feeling a sense of urgency to fix others, keep in mind that it will not be in your best interest to do so, but know it's the lunar phase clouding your judgment. Which I will be discussing further in a bit. 
Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces: Give in to your sensual side this moon cycle, trust me you will be glad you did!!! 

This partial Solar Eclipse is also a magical one! All about new beginnings! This effect can be felt up to six months after the actual date of the eclipse. This one is in the sign of Scorpio which is ruled by Pluto. Which means matters of: intimacy, money, power, control and sharing will all be a strong focus on a personal level. This eclipse is about new beginnings regarding all these matters. It's about strengthening yourself from the inside out. Emotions will be extreme and sense of fears towards loss, betrayal and exposure of vulnerability will be discovered. 
Financial & emotional investments will be shined on and challenged. This is an excellent time to work on empowering yourself against debts, intense behaviors, and addictions. Do your best to focus on the good Scorpion traits like being 
passionate, focused, resourceful, deep and perceptive and see how you can add them to your daily life. 
During this Solar Eclipse you have to figure out a way to transform your worries regarding relationships, debts, career, addictions into being free of the emotional burden against it. This eclipse conjuncts Venus so its a great time to apply the love energy but since you are still in Mercury Retrograde you may feel the pressure in regards to relationships. 
If you are single and looking for your twin flame this is the perfect opportunity to set your intentions to meet that special someone! The new moon always supports anything new and with this magical solar eclipse you have the full opening for a new relationship! If you are in a rocky and toxic relationship, beware that the eclipse may put a full end to the relationship in order for you to begin a new you. 
Things always get revealed during an eclipse so you can end in order to start new. 
Not everyone feels the eclipse in the same way. Those with personal planets being activated by the degree of the eclipse will be the ones to feel the most effects on a personal level. 
The last time there was a solar eclipse at the same degree as this month's eclipse was on October 23rd, 1976 and October 24th, 1995.  
This is the final eclipse in a series falling in the Taurus-Scorpio axis. The last set of Taurus-Scorpio eclipses was in 2002-2003. Try to think back to these dates and see what circumstances you were surrounded with so you can understand what type of energy you will deal with now!

So remember this partial Solar Eclipse New Moon in Scorpio starting tomorrow is a magical one! It's the most friendly eclipse of the year! You have a gateway of opportunities available to begin a new you! Start fresh, reboot! 
A chance to move, start a new career, begin a new relationship, end a toxic relationship, time for engagements,     baby talk, birth, marriage, new ideas, promotions and a whole bunch of magical mystical and miraculous manifestations!!! Reduce your projects into smaller parts because there is no need to overwhelm yourself in this new moon cycle! 
Avoid letting all the intense emotions that is out there cloud your judgment and instead find a way to transform all those heightened emotions into something positive towards your new self!  
It's all about making sure you are crystal clear on what you desire in order to set your intentions tomorrow! 
Please write down your intentions within 8hrs following the exact time of the New Moon! That's important :)

This past weekend from Friday, October 17 until Sunday, October 19th, The New Life Expo was held at the Hotel Pennsylvania in NYC. The New Life Expo is the largest holistic health, alternative medicine, anti-aging, metaphysical and spiritual expo for over 24 years founded by Mark Becker. 
I had the pleasure to attend this past weekend and what a treat it was! There were over 200 exhibitors and speakers from all over the world. I love that you have a little bit of everything mixed in together from Vegan food to essential oils, to healing crystals to psychic readings! It's just a magical place for all the spiritual geeksters like myself to attend and feel right at home! And of course for anyone who is new or simply curious about spirituality or alternative medicine, this is the place for you to meet tons of people! Plus word on the street is it's also a place where singles can mingle! :)

The first class that grabbed my attention was Lee Ann Somers' class. I decided to go and sit in and connect with her angelic spirit. It was my first time sitting in her lecture and meeting her. We immediately connected! I loved her class! She began by describing her awakening towards healing and the angelic realm. Prior to her awakening she had no real interest in spirituality or any communication with God, but one day she sat in a class on How To Meet Your Guardian Archangel. After participating in the guided meditation she was able to meet her guardian Archangel Gabriel. This was the beginning of her amazing spiritual journey. Lee Ann shared a few more angelic interactions during her sessions with clients and then lead us into a beautiful and special meditation and connected us to our guardian Archangel. My Archangel of course came thru and gave me a message I actually needed to hear on something I was being stubborn about the day before. So for me it was perfect! Although I am a huge Archangel person and I am constantly working with them to heal my clients and I speak to them on a daily basis, there are some occasions where I can be a bit stubborn when it comes to my personal love life. (I am a girlie girl after all!) 
Being in Lee Ann's class truly made me sit still and deal with it! 
Our Archangels are here to assist us on our daily journey, and its great to allow and trust them to help us manifest things in life we desire! This is why they chose to help us from the other side. They have the ability and knowledge to help guide us in the right direction. They can even help you with a term paper at school, meeting the person of your dreams or even with a promotion at work!

The next class I attended was the amazing numerologist Michelle Buchanan. Her class was completely packed and she dedicated the class to teaching all of us how to find our current name number and our life path number. 
Michelle explained that Numerology is the ancient science of numbers, which each number contributing a unique vibration to the story of your life. It originally dates back thousands of years to the ancient civilizations of Atlantis, Babylon, China, Egypt, India, and Greece. It is said to have been created by Pythagoras, the Greek mystic and mathematician, more than 2,500 years ago and now currently used around the world today include the Kabbalistic, Chinese, and Tamil/Indian system. Of course you can read more of this in-depth in Michelle's book The Numerology Guidebook. I loved how everyone was eager to learn their life path numbers and although some of us already knew our numbers it was great to hear Michelle's meaning of each number. With Numerology you are able to discover what your life purpose actually is and how to understand yourself and others. 
I also stopped by her booth to say hello and she gave me a reading! YAY! 
I have to say she has a very special and unique gift how she is able to channel all her readings. Extremely gifted and I completely support her! 
She gifted me her book as well which I already started reading and it's amazing how she is able to educate the reader on how to find their Destiny, Soul, Personality, Life Path, Karmic Lesson, Maturity, Birth Day and even Current name numbers and the actual meanings behind each one! She's amazing! You can even figure out your friends, family members or loved ones numbers and meaning!!! Its really great!

One of my favorite lectures is always with the fabulous Jill Dahne! Her class is always packed and quite fun!

Her life was chronicled on Lifetime Television as the #1 Love Psychic for all of the marriages and relationships she has predicted throughout her life, over 1,000 to date. Her lectures at the New Life Expo are always the most popular one! It's completely packed and she even shares world and stock predictions! This year she strongly suggested that everyone invest in Stem Cells. In the past she had predicted her client would get involved in a new venture that would be extraordinary for people suffering with addictions. It manifested and there is a new implant that will end any type of alcohol or drug addictions. She gave quite a few love predictions to the members in the audience. When it comes to love, Jill always has great advice to give to all her clients and people that attend her classes. She explains its not the people that have the problem when you meet them, its all about the timing. She explained to not wear rings as it prevents you from meeting someone new. She said when its the right person you will have this special glow to you! Emotional connection is the most important factor to have in a marriage or a relationship.
Jill also explained to never go by the outside of a person go by the inside because the personality of the relationship and the personality of the person forms the relationship. You can be attracted to the person but it's what's inside that forms the relationship.

Starting today and tomorrow is all about pure magic with major changes!!! The Full Moon in Aries tomorrow is a big one! Comes with a Lunar Eclipse, Blood Moon and a Hunter's Moon (first full moon after the Harvest Moon), all while sitting on the Grand Fire Trine and dealing with Mercury Retrograde! Can I get a woot woot?!?! 

On Wednesday, October 8th, the Full Moon is in the sign of Aries, opposite the Sun in Libra. Moons usually influences emotions, relationships and home. Try to keep your emotions in check this month as this Full Moon in Aries can have your temper flying off the charts! You will probably find a lot of emotional issues in your relationships but do your best to not react. Take it from me, as I already did a boo boo this past weekend! Yikes! It's best to just zip the lip! I know its hard but this month you must really try. This is where compassion in your heart kicks in. Work on truly having compassion for others, especially if you claim to love them. If you allow yourself to indulge in the urge of wanting to argue with a friend or loved one, you will regret it later on this month. 
This is also a good time to end a relationship with someone you have been dragging your feet with or a toxic friend that has been draining you. If you have tried to make it work in all ways possible, then this is the perfect time to exit with tons of healing light. 
This is also a fantastic time to start a new relationship! You will find that you will be able to start a new beginning in all aspects of your life, whether its relationships, jobs or projects! 
Anything regarding your home like painting your room, or handling household repairs will be supported by this Full Moon. 
Physical fitness will be a big one this month! You will feel the urge to get in shape or take some yoga classes.

Lunar Eclipses are powerful full moons that are meant to change your life! A total course corrector! It forces you to make changes. A Lunar Eclipse occurs when the shadow of the moon is on the earth which happens every six months when the Sun, Earth and Moon are completely perfectly aligned. 
This Eclipse in Aries could cause a bit of drama in your relationships. Try your hardest to be patient! Don't jump ahead and become reactive. You will find yourself wishing you bit your lip instead!

Eclipses also love to reveal hidden agendas. So keep in mind a secret that was kept from you will be shed to light!
The revelation will most likely effect you or someone very close to you. So be ready to stay calm. 
This Eclipse especially is all about "Wait before taking action". So remember that quote all week and month for that matter! 

From October 4th to October 26th we are in the state of Mercury Retrograde. Whenever Mercury Retrograde pays us a visit it's usually a bit chaotic! All your electronics start to act up, whether its your computer not working, texts not coming through or missing emails and its best NOT to purchase any electronics during this time. Most likely you will find yourself returning or replacing the item. 
Some people experience extremely intense miscommunications with their teachers at school, co-workers, and most of all, their loved ones. Never fun for me! Restriction and no reaction is the best tool this month during this phase! 
But if you think positive, you can use Mercury Retrograde to finish old projects and ideas you left behind! Mercury Retrograde supports us in closing up any loose ends and situations that were left behind. So go ahead and contact an old buddy or travel to a place you've already been to before. If you're thinking of traveling to a new place, I would suggest waiting until November or else you may be delayed at the airport or your luggage may go missing! At least that what lovers of astrology believe! 
An ex from the past may come back around during a retrograde period, so if there is some unfinished healing to do, this is the perfect time to do so. 

The Hunter's Moon starts tonight, Tuesday, October 7th, 2014.
Our Wiccan friends call the Hunter's Moon the Shedding Moon or the Falling Leaf moon. Many believe that the veils between worlds are the thinnest on this night. So pay close attention to all visions and messages received at this time. Those wishing to connect with their loved ones may wish to do so tonight as the bridge between both worlds is easiest to cross! 
Regardless if you are a believer or not, it's a magical and powerful time to connect with the Hunter's Moon. Just by connecting to its energy and giving thanks for all your blessings will create great opportunities for you and your loved ones. Go ahead and give it a try!

If you haven't seen Maleficent yet, I highly recommend you do! I am ready to see it again! 
I went with my friend Johnny last week and we both LOVED it! (Thanks Johnny!) 
The movie showcases a famous villain, Maleficent, from Disney's Sleeping Beauty, who may not be so much of a villain after all. It all depends on how you view her and her motives. I rather take it as she was misunderstood! 
I found it rather amazing how the film begins by showing the viewers how Maleficent as a child was a fairy and a healer. You can see her applying energy healing on trees, protecting mother nature and animals. 
I was rather shocked to learn I am pretty much like Maleficent! We both love healing, we recognize the power within our souls, we are strong but yet sensitive and we love spreading the joy of love to others. Like Maleficent I love to believe in true love. However, Maleficent does a great job at showing you what happens when women fall in love and are betrayed. Nothing like a woman scorned! Yikes! Run the other way! 
I am sure we can all relate being hurt by a loved one in the past or even now. And I think at some point we all have felt a bit of revenge mode in us. However, revenge is never a good thing unless its about you working on yourself, changing and evolving to become a better person. No better way to show your haters how happy you are by creating positive changes in your life ;)
My starseed family, if you feel the need to see a movie about fairies, healing, finding true love, evolving, believing in yourself, Maleficent is your gal and movie to see!!! 
I heart Maleficent!!! 

X-Men Days Of Future Past was fabulous! The title alone lets you know there is a bit of Reiki healing work being done! The movie starts by showing you how you can go back in time and correct your past. Shows you how cause and effect work. One action has several consequences. Sound familiar?! 
I love how the mutants are very much like hybrids, starseeds, healers and lightworkers. We all have a purpose on this earth and carry a different special gift! 
In the movie you can go back and correct a reactive action and change the outcome of your future. 
Sounds like what we Kabbalists do right before Rosh Hashanah. You have a window to visualize something from your past you would like to correct. You envision what you would have liked to have done instead and this way you are releasing the pain and hurt from the past. 
The movie also shows a lot of energy healing being applied on Wolverine. Pretty much looks like all of my healing sessions! Was pretty amazing to see! 
I highly recommend this movie if you are in the mood to laugh, cry, learn from your mistakes and feel hope towards your future. 
Two thumbs up from me! YAY!
